3.1 Credential Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jljl13 login credentials, including your username and password. 3.2 Unauthorized Access. 3.3 Player Liability for Account Activity. 3.4 Two-Factor Authentication. jljl13 strongly recommends that all Players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their accounts. 4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on the jljl13 Platform is ₱100 for e-wallet methods (GCash, PayMaya) and ₱200 for bank transfer methods. Deposits below the applicable minimum will not be credited to the Player's account.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. jljl13 processes withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya within 3–10 minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are processed within the same business day, subject to the receiving bank's processing schedules. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 for e-wallets and ₱500 for bank transfers.

9.4 Force Majeure. jljl13 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, telecommunications failures, or cyberattacks.

11.2 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of a Player's account, all pending wagers will be voided and staked amounts returned, subject to any applicable investigation holds.
